Rejuvenation is recalling about 3,325 Deep Frame Mirrors due to an injury hazard. If you purchased one of these mirrors between July 2019 and March 2021, beware: According to a recall alert published by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the glue on the back of the mirrors can fail and the glass can fall out of the frame, posing a laceration risk.

According to the July 1 recall, there have been 18 reports of the mirror detaching from the frame and the glass breaking. No injuries have been reported.

This recall involves Rejuvenation’s Deep Frame Mirrors in round, square and arched shapes with bronze, brass or white finishes. They were manufactured in India and imported by Williams-Sonoma. The mirrors were sold in Rejuvenation stores, Rejuvenation.com and via the Rejuvenation catalog for $450 to $900.

To find out if your mirror is involved in this recall, find the stock-keeping unit (SKU) number and date code on the back of the mirror and check it against this list.
